2. Product Use

RemindGently helps agencies prepare, review, and send polite invoice reminder emails from their connected Gmail accounts. You are responsible for the invoices, client details, reminder content, and payment information you add to the product.

RemindGently is for polite client follow-up, not aggressive debt collection. You agree to use the product lawfully and professionally.

3. Account and Gmail Access

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. If you connect Gmail, you authorize RemindGently to use that connection only for product workflows such as preparing and sending approved reminder emails. Your clients see emails from your Gmail account, not RemindGently branding.

4. Billing and Plans

Paid plans, limits, and pricing are shown on the pricing page or during checkout. You are responsible for fees associated with the plan you choose. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew until cancelled.

• You may cancel future renewals according to the billing flow provided.
• Plan limits may include active invoice limits, reminder volume, or team features.
• Taxes may apply depending on your location.

5. Communications

We may send you transactional emails related to your account, billing, security, Gmail connection, product usage, and support. We may also send product updates where allowed by law. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

6. Proper Use

You agree not to submit false or misleading information, use someone else's email address without permission, send spam or unlawful messages, harass clients, interfere with the website or product, or use the product for abuse or unlawful activity. We may suspend or restrict access if we believe the product is being misused.

7. Intellectual Property

The RemindGently name, branding, website content, design, and related materials belong to us unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or reuse any part of the site or brand without permission.

8. No Guarantees

The website and product are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that reminders will result in payment, that third-party services such as Gmail will always be available, or that the product will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, RemindGently is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the website or product. This includes lost revenue, delayed payments, loss of data, missed opportunities, or downtime.
